There are no refunds on Language Coaching because once we spend our time with you, we can’t get it back.
After your initial sign up, our team is busy working to develop a personalized coaching plan for you.
If you are not completely satisfied with coaching, we can match you with a different coach that may better meet your needs.
If you are on a payment plan, you may request we stop collecting on future payments. At that time, we may issue you a partial refund on a prorated basis for sessions that you have not yet scheduled.
If you have paid in full and would like a refund before your first session is scheduled, we may issue you a partial refund at our discretion based on the time already expended in setting up your coaching package including administrative costs associated with the on-boarding process.
